Today, we are releasing CanvasJS Chart v3.12.12 & StockChart v1.12.12 GA, which include a few bug fixes related to tooltip, inputfields and slider. Below is a summary of this release.

 

Chart Release Update

 

Chart with Synchronized Tooltip

 

Bug Fixes

  1. Datapoint was not highlighted when tooltip was shown programmatically.
  2. In some cases with dynamic synchronized charts, the tooltip highlighted the previous datapoint instead of the current one.
  3. In some cases of panning, datapoints were highlighted multiple times.
  4. In some cases with dynamic charts, the previously highlighted datapoint was not cleared upon re-render.

Bug Fixes

  1. In some cases, when the rangeselector width was set to 0, the auto-calculated width of the inputfields was incorrect.
  2. In some cases, setting the slider maximum value was not working.
  3. In some cases of XY zooming, panning towards the edge of the viewport reset the entire range.
