Today we are releasing CanvasJS Chart v3.7 & StockChart v1.7 GA with a few bug fixes related to tooltip. Below is a summary of this release.

Bug Fixes

  1. Tooltip was showing information related to hidden dataseries when dataseries were hidden using legend click.
  2. entries parameter passed to the contentFormatter callback function used to have all the dataseries irrespective of visibility of series. Correct behavior is to have only the entries related to visible dataseries.
  3. Error was being thrown in some cases of stacked charts when #total or #percent were used in tooltip content.
