We are implementing the feature which allows you to set initial zoom level in the upcoming version (1.8) which should be available in a week.

June,
We just tried the “commercial version” on iPad and it seems to be working fine. Please make sure that you are using the commercial version available here.
This might also be a caching issue where Safari has cached the “non-commercial” version of the library. Do try clearing the Safari Cache by going to Settings -> Safari -> “Clear History and Website Data”.

Any screenshots would also help.

Will,
Still we have not been able to reproduce the issue at our end. We are seeing it blur only when the page is Zoomed in IE. Can you check on other computers and verify if the issue persists??

Will,
In the screenshot we can see that some other fonts (outside the chart) are also blurred – text saying “Please select”. Hence am not sure if the issue related to CanvasJS library itself. Please answer below questions so that we can further investigate the problem.

Will,
I am not seeing any blur on IE11. Website itself is not working properly on IE8 & IE9 though – not able to scroll to the location with chart. Can you please share some screenshots of the chart that you are seeing on the screen? Also please let me know your OS.
