Today, we are releasing CanvasJS Chart v3.17.9 & StockChart v1.17.9 GA, which include a few improvements and bug fixes related to auto-labelling. Below is a summary of this release.

Improvements & Enhancements

  1. Improved axis label visibility to ensure extremes are fully displayed at the chart edges, when labelAutoFit was set to true and labels were placed inside – across axisX, axisX2, axisY & axisY2.

 

Bug Fixes

  1. In some cases, auto-labelling was pushing the axis bounds further inward than necessary when labels were placed inside – across axisX, axisX2, axisY & axisY2.
