Today we are releasing CanvasJS Chart v3.9.0 & StockChart v1.9.0 Beta-1 with a few new features related to text-alignment in title, axis-title, striplines, and crosshair along with a few bug fixes. Below is a summary of this release.

New Features & Enhancement

  1. textAlign – lets you align text in chart title & subtitles.
  2. titleTextAlign – lets you align text in axis title. This property works across axisX, axisX2, axisY, and axisY2.
  3. labelTextAlign – lets you align text in stripline label. This property works across axisX, axisX2, axisY, and axisY2.
  4. labelTextAlign – lets you align text in crosshair label. This property works across axisX, axisX2, axisY, and axisY2.

Bug Fixes

  1. In some cases, error was being thrown when navigator was disabled.
  2. In some cases when range-buttons & inputfields were wrapped to multiple lines, inputfields was getting hidden behind charts.
  3. In some cases, horizontal scrollbar was appearing when navigator height was set to 0.
