Setting navigator slider minimum isn’t working after panning

Hello Stockchart team! Thanks for stockchart!

currently slider of navigator has a method to set minimum value.
Stockchart.navigator.slider.set('minimum', new Date(2018, 01, 01));

it’s working after first loading of stock chart.
but after a user panning stockchart, later it’s not working.
