Provide a js fiddle example of Sliding Striplines for axisX

Hi,
I found this jsfiddle for sliding striplines for axis y https://jsfiddle.net/mosjygfu/.
I tried for axis X but i am unable to achieve it, may be i am going wrong logic in draggable event.
Can we get sample jsfiddle on stripped lines for axisX instead of axisY

Positioning handle over axisX instead of axisY should work fine in your case as shown in this updated JSFiddle.

Thank you for the solution ,
We are facing issue in moving slider handle
In our case when we try to move slider handle chart getting resized, it is observed that width of chart reduces from 953 to 936. After this slider handler works but at one point slider handler doesn’t move. So i tried to reproduce it in provided jsfiddle https://jsfiddle.net/y7b6hL24/ by shashi, but in that i was able to reproduce same issue by resizing window
