Legend touch not working on ios

Hello,
I’ve an IPAD air with IOS 7 (If I remember properly) and the touch on the legend doesn’t work; browser is stock safari. Every touch causes 2 clicks, so the item is highlighted for a second and then disabled again.
I’m using the latest version of the library (v 2.0)
