@rafael,
Can you kindly create JSFiddle reproducing the issue you are facing and share it with us so that we can look into the code / chart-options being used, understand the scenario better and help you out?

@aarushi,
Looking at your query, most probably the issue is not related to CanvasJS but to JavaScript itself. Please refer to this stackoverflow thread for related info which might help you fix the issue.
If you are still facing issue, kindly create JSFiddle reproducing the issue you are facing and share it with us so that we can look into the code / chart-options being used, understand the scenario better and help you out.

i am using cloudant db access with my company credentials. So dont know if i can share them
The JSFiddle that you have shared seems to be incomplete / not working, with which we are unable to debug the issue you are facing. Kindly create JSFiddle reproducing the issue you are facing along with some dummy data and share it with us so that we can run it at our end, debug & help you resolve the issue.

Thanks for the help. I figured it out. I was pushing data into the datapoints everytime. But it was going over the x- axis length. thus i was getting error for those points
Now I am popping out the datapoint before pushing into them everytime I am making a new chart.
https://jsfiddle.net/AarushiM/yLLbnzz1/23/ heres the correctly working version. the way i wanted it to work.
Thankyou CanvasJS. You guys have amazing charts. Have a nice day.
Regards, Aarushi

in that response varaible is data which is fetch from database and sensor id is number for lines which is selected from front end how to achive this? plz help. currently getting same getTime error.
trying to create chart by ref refference chart
@rahul-estone,
After fetching the data from the database parsing it to the format accepted by CanvasJS (like {x: 5, y: 6}) should work fine in your case. Please take a look at this updated JSFiddle for the same.
