Setting the toolTip shared and crosshair snapToDataPoint options to true seems to be working fine. Can you please try setting both the options at your end? In case you are still facing the issue, kindly create a JSFiddle reproducing the issue and share it with us so that we can look into your code, understand the scenario better and help you out.
