x Axis Label Style

I just want to make some x-axis label bold not all, so is there any option for this ?
Also I want to 3 points only in y-axis, right now I can set only minimum and maximum, I need middle point more.
Suppose minimum is 0 and maximum is 100, then I want 88 middle, other will not show, only these 3 labels will show.

So please suggest me how can I define them ?

Axis labels, ticks and grids will be shown at every interval. To show labels at specific values, you can hide the entire axis labels and add striplines at required values as shown in this JSFiddle.
