if you check the graph
f you disable sales rank legend it still show tool tip of that line
my concern is it should show the tooltip of the line on the graph
that means if we disable sales rank legend , it should only show tooltip of new price

The behavior of shared toolTip is designed so that the toolTip shows information of all the dataPoints present on that x-value, irrespective of its visibility. However, we will reconsider this behavior in future releases.
