Tooltip appears behind pie chart (iPad only)

I am having this issue where the tooltip would appear behind the pie chart. This only occurs on iPad using Safari or Chrome but works normally on the desktop. Here is the JSFiddle: http://jsfiddle.net/sctn2jzb/

Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the issue with JSFiddle on an iPad.

Has anyone encountered this before where the tooltip would appear behind the graph? If so, what were your solutions?

Can you kindly create sample project / static html file reproducing the issue you are facing and share it with us over Google-Drive or Onedrive so that we can run it locally at our end to understand the scenario better and help you resolve?
