To get Y-axis view port value in zoomed graph

I am trying to get Y-axis viewportMinimum and viewportMaximum values in the rangeChanged event but it not giving the value.

The demo of jsfiddle gives only X-axis viewport data. it does not give Y-axis viewport data And I want to set dynamically viewport for Y-axis.
