Show increase – decrease rate

I would like to show increasing or decreasing rate on my chart. I have a week trend chart. For example week 15 is 100 week 16 is 98. I would like to show %2 decrease with an arrow. Are these charts have a property like that?

Sorry this feature is not available as of now. But with few lines of code you can draw arrow on top of chart. Please take a look at this jsfiddle.
