Please take a look at this jsfiddle. Here you can hide/show dataSeries along with its y-axis on clicking legends.

Thanks for the reply,but need to hide whole axis not just value, because in case of multi axises, axies take more graph area, so i need to hide whole axis when hide the series…

Please take a look at this workaround that works fine when you hide and unhide dataSeries consecutively. However, you can try improving it further.
