I have written a CORDOVA app and running it on IOS emulator. The code periodically (every couple of seconds) contacts a server to obtain plot data. This data is then plotted on the CanvasJS screen.
This works OK for a few minutes – then I get a blank screen. From that moment – even restarting this data retrieval does not work – the data is retrieved but the graph does not render – I get a blank screen.
On browser – this does not happen. Plots continue to update and graph is rendered continuously.
Could this be a licensing issue – my company bought SaaS version of the license?
