Problem in Tooltip

I insert tooltip function in my graph bust it does not get proper data i.e it does not give my X-axis name only show Y-axis when i click on the data

Hi need to edit the tooltip as mentioned in the attached image, require a pointer to the data point on hover. Any help is appreciated.
