Pie Chart bug

Pie chart breaks when using #percent in the tooltip with zero values (or null) in the data.

When the data has values with zero the chart renders fine, but when I add the #percent in the tooltip the chart no longer renders.

The data in our chart is dynamic so there is a possibility of data with values of zero.
