Need to upgrade?

I’ve got version 2.0.1 in production w/ no problems.

I see the current version is 2.3.2. Should I upgrade? I couldn’t find any docs on what (if any) changes were made and whether I’d need to update any of my code.

Generally speaking, what are best practices?

We generally recommend everyone to use the latest version of CanvasJS.

The upgrade process is pretty simple, you just have to replace CanvasJS files. All your existing code will continue to work and changes needed.
