MVC chart rendering blank

I have two queries. We had subscribed in 2016 but we haven’t updated to the latest version. From where can we down load off line version for our subscription

The MVC chart created renders blank after some time. When we load a new build it works but after sometime we get a blank screen.

Based on the error you are getting (404 Error) it seems like dependencies are missing. Kindly check for the same.
