MarkerType different by different amounts of datapoints

Hi, i’m using Version 1.9.9 and have following problem:

I dynamicaly generate per php data from database an chart it on a line-chart. (http://monitoring.egger.ag)
I want to show not all of the data, so i give a possibility to limit the amount of datapoints.
Now the problem:
If i have many datapoints, the “markerType: ‘none'” Setup is working. When datapoints are getting less, the markers where shown.

Please try at http://monitoring.egger.ag.
Try to set the “Zyklusdauer” option to more than 38 -> Markers are shown. In Case of less than 38 -> Markers are not shown.

We couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. As seen in this jsfiddle it seems to be working fine.

Can you please create a jsfiddle reproducing the issue so that we can look into it and help you out better?
