making navigator sticky at a position while making chart scrollable

Hi,
I am using stock chart with navigator and rendering multiple charts.i want to make navigator stick to one place at bottom of container but at the same time want to scroll in the charts which are overflowing the container area. is there any possible solution to achieve it?
