See jsfiddle.
It looks even worse at IPad Safari. Even though the values increment by 1 and not a fractional value, we don’t get a clean straight line. With the animation enabled, we can even see the peaks flickering, depending on the width of the container.
Since we want to visualize measurement data, this issue could be a show stopper for our customer. Is there any way to circumvent this?
Kind regards haggis
Haggis,
Thanks for reporting. Seems like the issue is only in Safari and we haven’t been able to figure out the problem yet. We will investigate on this further and get back.
Hello Vishwas,
thanks! For me, it’s not only visible in Safari. It’s just better marked with Safari. The overshooting and buckling is also (for me) visible with Firefox 44.0.2 and Chromium 48.0.2564.116 at Linux Mint 17.3 (Cinnamon).
Thanks haggis
Thanks for the additional information. It will help us in figuring out the issue. We will investigate on this and get back.
