    I’ve used your system to purchase a license but I cannot download it under orders because it is “On Hold”. Your chat bot has not been helpful. How can I talk to a real person at Canvas.js?

    This is way more than an inconvenience. It has been paid for and you are not delivering. I ordered a CanvasJS license (Order #2031) and you are not releasing my license. It was for a time sensitive project. It has been over 24 hours. Your chatbot is absolutely no help. Please deliver my bought and paid for product. I can not understand the delay. The money came out of my account immediately.

    If your “team” was looking into it, my license would have been delivered.


    Please help. I am under pressure from my client.
