Color the chart based on the Y-Axis

    Is there any way to do this? For example, I would want y-values 0-10 to create a blue fill on the graph and values 11-20 to be red and 21-30 to be yellow and so forth. Imagine the graph just having a color spectrum background. It’s pretty much the same as interlaced colors but with greater variation. These would be static colors so they wouldn’t change but I would want the line graph to be visible on top of these colors.
