Is there a way to align my index label vertically. As you can notice here, they’re on the top of the bar, but I’d like to align them in the middle.
Is it possible?
Are you looking for something like this?
In case this doesn’t suit your requirement please let us know where do you exactly plan to align the indexLabel(center of which element). A pictorial representation would be helpful.
Thank you, @sashi!
Actually, I’d like the indexLabel to be placed outside the bar, and vertically aligned in the middle. I couldn’t place them outside using your example. Is it possible?
Can you please provide a pictorial representation of your requirement?
@sashi, follows a picture of what I’m qsking for.

It’s not a big deal, but if you notice in my previous fiddle fiddle, the index label are a little bit on the top, not in the middle.
Can you please share your OS and browser details(version)?
MacOS High Sierra, v. 10.13.6
Google Chrome: 72.0.3626.96 (Versão oficial) 64 bits
Thanks for sharing the details. It seems like a bug, we will be fixing it in future releases.
Thank you, @shashi!
We have just released CanvasJS Chart v3.2.5 with a bug fix related to the indexLabel positioning. Please refer to the release blog for more information. Do download the latest version from our download page and let us know your feedback.
