Graphs with Multiple Axes get value from mysql

Hi everybody.. i’m really new to this.. i wish to make a graph with multiple axes that get data
from a mysql database.. i’ve found this template but i don’t know how to use it..

1 mysql database is on 000webhost do i need to instal wamp/xampp ?
2 how do i create the php file to read data from mysql?

The graph i wish to build will read weight and temperature that i post on mysql.
Is it really hard? becouse i’m not so good in programming i just have build a graph with a tutorial
but is my first experience with mysql and php
