Drilldown line chart

I am working on building a line chart with each line being a different inspector on the X-axis and year on the Y-axis. I want to be able to click on a data point for an inspector / Year and open a new chart showing only the data for that inspector and year. Is it possible and if so, can you refer me to any examples?

Please take a look at this gallery page for an example on creating a drilldown chart. Drilldown chart works across all the chart-types including line, column, pie, etc. Please take a look at this JSFiddle for an example on same with line-chart.
