Canvas JS Chart Issue in Salesforce Lightning APP

I have implemented the Dynamic Canvas Charts using the Salesforce Lightning APP. I am Facing a Wierd Issue where sometimes my chart is Distorted. They either abruptly Expand or Squeeze. I want to attach image but i m not getting any link to do so.

I am using Salesforce lightning in Service Console to Create a nice looking app but distorted charts are causing issue.

We are evaluating the Canvas JS API for our product.

It seems to be working fine with salesforce lightning component. I tried creating charts in salesforce lightning component with canvasjs.min.js it seems to be working fine. Please take a look at this Github Repo for the working code.

If you are still facing the issue, kindly share the complete code over Gist / Google-Drive / Onedrive so that we can try running it at our end, understand the scenario better and help you out.
