Can this chart be implemented using Canvasjs?

Hello

I want to develop a fully customizable chart. Is that possible using a high chart?

Please see attachment for an example of a chart which I want.

But still it is not exact same. My client is not ready to compromise design.

So if you see x axis number 550, 395, 515 those are above xaxis line not below. Also you can see those ticks are in colored but rest of ticks are not colored on xaxis lines below column 8,9,10,11,12,13.

Is that possible?

You can place the axis labels above or below axis line by using labelPlacement property. Please take a look at this JSFiddle.
