Adding extra fields to stock chart

However for my needs I need 2 extra ‘points’ added to the popovers for ‘Volume’ and ‘Adj Close’.

Is there a way to add these to this chart type? If not what is a good alternative to plotting all 6 data points by date?

Yes, you can do the same via a custom content function for toolTip as mentioned in this article.
