Can you please let us know the version of CanvasJS you are using, as we have fixed the issue in v2.0.1GA. Please refer to this blog post for more information. In case you are using an older version of CanvasJS kindly download the latest version from our download page and use the same in your current project.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue kindly create a JSFiddle reproducing the issue you are facing along with the sample data and share it with us so that we can look into the code, understand the scenario better and help you out.
