Is it possible to offset the index label in a grouped stacked column chart? Currently a grouped column chart will place the index labels on top of the correct series whereas the stacked version places all index labels centered on the group. See http://jsfiddle.net/brentbrownfield/28fk2sm9/3/ for an example.
