Y-axis striplines not displaying correctly

I am using striplines on the Y axis to display the min and max values on a chart and have run into a couple bugs.

Firstly, the labels of the striplines are being cut off.
Secondly, when specifying the labels to be displayed “outside” part of the label remains visible inside the chart.
