Y axis minimum returns wrong value?

Hello,

if I create a chart with two Y axes, one of them returns a (possible) wrong value for the axis minimum.
For example, it is correctly rendered with a minimum of 0, but accessing axis.minimum returns -1 (depending on the step size).

We are unable to reproduce the issue on our end. Can you please create a jsfiddle reproducing the issue so that we can look into it and help you out better?
