problem in Multiple X axis value

hello sir,
my database contain event_time field witch is in the format of’2017-08-30 07:05:00′ ,’2017-09-30 08:25:00′ while selecting x axis i want to display its only hours value means(7,8) it was display properly but when i want to plot my points it can be plot as 7:05:00 i,e between 7 and 8
i dont understand what cab i do for x axis value
please solve my problem

Please have a look at labelFormatter and Formatting Date & Time. Also kindly go through Javascript Date-Time formats, since the format you are using might not work across all browsers.
