How to generate charts based on user inputs?

I want to generate 3 graphs – monthly, quarterly and yearly. If I hard code the containers for each of them, I’m able to see all the charts. Suppose I give user to option selection the chart types form a list, I’m unable to see the graphs. I get the following – CanvasJS Error: Chart Container with id “monthly-chart” was not found
