How to Create Multi-Line Chart From HTML Value

By referring to the image above, I would like to create a multi-line chart where the value for x-axis and y-axis will get from HTML Value. For x-axis, the value will be the Month and for y-axis, the value will be the total. Please kindly assist me as I am very new to this. Thank you.
