Help with X-Axis time range being diesplayed in case of 1 day range

When we are loading data into the stock chart with data containing values with 1 minute resolution and choosing a range of 1 day, we are facing 2 issues:

1. The chart starts with the second latest date at 6 pm the previous day and for some reason shows a straight line till the latest date available from 9 am. How can we remove this unnecessary straight line even though it isn’t a part of the data being fed into the chart.
2. In case of 1D resolution, we want to centre the chart data with a blank space on the right instead of filling till the end. Have tried setting viewportmax and min to no avail

The JSFiddle that you have shared seems to be broken. Could you please share an updated JSFiddle with working code so that we can look into the code/chart options being used, understand the scenario better, and help you out?

Also, we are unable to understand what you mean by center the chart data with a blank space on the right instead of filling till the end. Could you please brief us further with a pictorial representation or an example with the steps to understand your requirement so that we can suggest an appropriate solution?
