Dynamic Image Placement on Each Bar

Can anyone advise on sample code to place the round images at the end of each bar and create the gradient effect in the background? Please be mindful of the demonstration called “Triple Graph”, where there are three different colors and lengths for each bar but the head image needs to just be on the largest value. Thank you for your help.
