Canvas js time issue (unexpected behavior when time is HH:59:59 )

As per my observation I found following issue: suppose any records with time HH:59:59 then it considered as HH+1:00:00(ex 10:59:59 as 11:00:00) and plotted on graph. but if time is HH:59 then its working fine.
please provide any solution.

Note:

X axis – datetime.
Y axis – Point.

We tried reproducing the issue at our end but failed to do so. Can you please create a jsFiddle representing the issue so that we can look into it and help you out?
