Add Padding Around StripLine Label Text?

Is it possible to add padding around StripLine label text (i.e. make the label bigger but keep the text the same size)? For example, it is difficult to see the text in the example on this page since the text is so close to the StripLine background. A little padding there would help.

Sorry, padding in stripLine label is not available as of now.
