hmmm…
My OS is Win 10 and browser is Chrome 73.0.3683.103

I did some experements and somthing interesting here
I have maximized browser window. When I reload the page with charts I see that

If I changing the window size, I see that text now clearly

Do you see the differents in second legend?
May be something wrong with scaling?
