The project the you have shared doesn’t seem to have CanvasJS Charts in it. If you are looking for rendering chart with data from database in PHP, please take a look at gallery example on PHP Chart Data from Database. You can also download PHP samples (which includes reading data from database) from our download page and run it locally.
If you are still facing any issue, please create sample project reproducing the issue and share it with us so that we can look into your code, understand it better and help you out.
