    Description: Luminosity contrast ratio of text present under ‘Page Title’ header is 2.6:1 which is less than 4.5:1 in windows.

    Test Environment:
    OS: windows 11 24H2(OS Build 26100.6584)
    Browser: Edge (Version 140.0.3485.94)
    Tool: Colour Contrast Analyzer [CCA] tool

    User impact:
    Users with visual impairment who rely on contrast of the text will find difficulty if the contrast ratio of the text is less than minimum required standards.

    Repro Steps:
    Open the URL: https://codepen.io/Tester43/pen/qEbOWEb in edge browser in windows.
    Press tab key to reach to the ‘Page title’ header.
    Open Colour contrast analyzer tool.
    Verify whether Luminosity contrast ratio of text present under ‘Page Title’ header is 2.6:1 which is less than 4.5:1 in windows or not.

    Actual Result:
    Luminosity contrast ratio of text present under ‘Page Title’ header is 2.6:1 which is less than 4.5:1 in windows.

    Expected Result:
    Luminosity contrast ratio of text present under ‘Page Title’ header should be greater than or equal to 4.5:1 in windows.
