Flip Bar Chart so that Bars point to the left

  I want to design a page that has a middle column with numbers counting down from 1 to 10. On the right of the middle column will be a horizontal bar chart with values pointing out to the right (As you see in all the examples).

  On the left of the middle column I want another horizontal bar chart but with the bars pointing out to the left? In essence I want to flip/invert the chart around (Reverse option doesn’t seem to work).
