Hi Guys, I am new to canvasJS and the app was made by a previous employee.
We have a chart showing the date on the x axis and some square dots (measurements) on y.
Now when we make the window big the dots move to the right in relation to the date-axis e.g. we show 30 days and the measurements almost move by ONE DAY?
I cannot find anything in our code which would change the positions so I guess its done in the canvsjs lib? As you can imagine this is not exeptable really? Have updated to newest canvasjs.min.js and no change……
Is this a common problem we need to put up with or a bug which you are keen to fix?
thanks sigi
Sigi,
Datapoints will be plotted at it’s corresponding x and y values. When you increase the width / height of the chart, the corresponding x & y pixel-coordinates of a datapoint gets updated as per the latest size of the chart, but the value of that particular datapoint remains same.
If you are referring to some other issue, kindly brief us more about the same along with an example so that we can understand it better and help you out.
