Special formatting for X axis label

  Hi

  I have a graph where I want one of the X axis labels to be partially underlined. See this JS fiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/pigottm/ofL85vsh/5/

  Is there anyway to use labelFormatter to partially underline an X Axis label?
