Hide Bubble Chart Tooltip on Mouseout

  Hi, my team is trying to build a bubble chart where if you mouseout from the tooltip or the datapoint, then the tooltip box will hide.
  Currently, the tooltip will only hide if you hover onto another datapoint or if you mouse out of the bubblechart entirely. Is there anyway to do this?
